Every build includes a 30-day warranty. Care plans and monitoring retainers are optional and sold separately. WhatsApp managed plans already include support in their monthly fee.

Care is not included in the implementation fee and is not lifetime support. On the smallest builds a plan can look large next to the build price, so care is always a clear yes or no and never bundled in.
For high-complexity projects, a paid scoping audit establishes the workflow, boundaries, integrations and acceptance criteria. Its fee is deducted from the build if you sign within 14 days.
Scoping fees are paid up front. The agreed proposal states what is included; anything outside the signed scope is a separate quote.

India and Gulf & West: 40–50% advance before work starts. South Asia, Africa and Indonesia: 50% advance. The balance is paid at agreed milestones. Care-plan invoices for South Asia, Africa and Indonesia are billed 12 months in advance.
Hosting, domain, database, Meta messaging, AI tokens, payment gateway fees and app-store accounts are billed by providers to the client’s own accounts. Apple Developer Program: US$99/year; Google Play developer account: US$25 once. In India, Meta's published rates in October 2026 are about ₹0.78–₹0.88 per marketing message and ₹0.11–₹0.16 per utility message; we confirm current rates before launch.
India: add 18% GST. Exports may qualify for zero-rating when the applicable conditions and Letter of Undertaking are met; confirm with your CA. Check VAT/GST treatment in the destination market before invoicing.
Every proposal defines pages, screens, workflows, integrations, revisions and handover sessions. A request after sign-off that changes scope is quoted separately.
