A yearly plan for websites, WhatsApp ordering, billing software and apps built by Struxa. We watch it, update it and make the small changes. You still own the domain, accounts, code and data. Nothing renews unless you say yes.
Do you actually need it?
Every Struxa build already comes with a 30-day warranty and full ownership. Care is for the time after that.
Skip it if
Someone on your team can make small edits and keep an eye on renewals. Or your site rarely changes. Then the warranty plus your own ownership is enough. We will tell you so.
Take it if
You use the system every day and cannot afford surprises. Or your prices, menu or offers change often. Or you would rather send a WhatsApp message than learn a dashboard or chase a domain renewal.

One price each.
Pay once for 12 months. The price you pay is fixed for that year. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST.

- Up to 2 hours of small changes a month: menu, prices, WhatsApp templates, report tweaks

- First reply within 1 working day. A system that is down goes first
- Crash and error monitoring
- Fixes for new Android and iOS versions and store-policy changes, with up to 2 store releases a year
- Up to 2 hours of small changes a month
- Developer account and backend renewals tracked, with a reminder before each due date
- A 15-minute monthly review by call or voice note
- First reply within 1 working day. A broken app goes first
Prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST; the GST-inclusive total is shown on each plan. Included hours do not carry over to the next month. Work beyond them is quoted before we start. Care is priced for systems built by Struxa; for anything built elsewhere we review it first.

All figures exclude 18% GST and the provider costs listed above. Care is optional. After year one there is no build cost. Care is the only recurring Struxa charge, and only if you renew.
